THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT. WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL GUESTS AT THE DOOR.
Please join us in New York City to celebrate the launch of the Refugee Action Fund. Held at the Tenement Museum, the event will celebrate the contributions of refugees and immigrants, and highlight the impact of refugee advocates to bring safety and freedom to all forcibly displaced people.
We will enjoy museum tours, drinks and food from immigrant vendors on the Lower East Side, and hear from Becca Heller, who is one of the most important people fighting for the rights of refugees in the U.S. today. Dubbed a firebrand by the New York Times, Becca is the director and co-founder of the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) and one of this year’s winners of the prestigious MacArthur Genius Fellowship.
